Frequently Asked Questions
Refunds: This is a rain or shine event. Refunds can be given on a case-by-case basis up until September 7th, 2024. There are no refunds after that date or due to weather. This event is a fundraiser for a charity.
Event Times: Gates open at 11 am. The event starts at noon, Saturday September 14, 2024. There will be two matches, and one intermission. The event will end at approximately 4:00 pm.
Dogs: We allow Service Dogs only.
Parking: Accessible parking is available on site, clearly marked, with attendants.
Washrooms: There are portable washrooms on site.
Umbrellas: Personal umbrellas/parasols only. Large beach/golf umbrellas are not allowed, due to impeding vision for other guests.
Portable Chairs: All general admission holders are encouraged to bring their own chairs.
Alcohol: No outside alcohol is permitted. You may purchase wine and beer. This is a licensed event, and any unauthorized alcohol on the site may result in the event being cancelled.
Food and Beverages: Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. There will also be food, soft drinks, and coffee vendors located on site. Please bring your own refillable water bottle. Please bring your own tablecloth for the Rotary Lounge.
Pony Rides: Pony Rides are available for young visitors, courtesy of Warner Ranch & Pumpkin Farm. Riders must not exceed 70lbs.
Weather: This is a rain or shine event. However, severe weather may impede the safety of the horses and the riders, and in that case the matches will be cancelled. Guests will still be able to enjoy food and entertainment, where possible.

Accessibility: There is an accessible parking area and a drop-off area. The field can be uneven, so please take caution and assist people with mobility issues on the field. Those needing walkers are strongly advised to have companions assist in navigating the terrain. Wheelchairs are encouraged, when available. ​
